Before presenting your company to potential investors, we need to look at the intellectual property required to operate the business.

In particular we need to see that:

  • Your business does not rely on another individual or business’ IP to provide its service

  • Previous employees don’t have any claims over the IP

  • Current directors or founders have transferred the IP created for the business to the company

If this is not the case, please discuss with your Campaign Manager. Your company will likely need a disclosure added to the campaign to inform investors of the situation.
