Is the management team of the business part-time?
Are any of the management team or founders shareholders or directors in any other business?
Does the management team of the business together own a minority stake (ie under 50% of the shares)?
Do management or the founders hold any of their shares in the company indirectly?
Corporate structure & IP
Does the company have any subsidiaries? If so, are they wholly owned by the TopCo?
Does the TopCo hold the IP?
Do you trade with any related parties?
Company Status
Is there any ongoing litigation or other items we should be aware of?
Share Capital
All the shareholders of the Company
The class of share each shareholder holds
The number of shares each shareholder holds
The nominal value of each class of share
Any options granted
Funding History
Details of any former rounds
