Before we can get the campaign in front of investors we need to satisfy two pieces of due diligence:

  • Verification of information on the campaign page

  • Due diligence on the entity receiving investment

The specific items required to verify information on the campaign page will differ depending on content. Broadly speaking, you’ll need to provide supporting evidence for any factual statement in the pitch, so please bear that in mind when you are referencing market stats or previous accomplishments.  We’ll review the language to ensure it is fair, clear and not misleading in any way, as well.

There are set things we’ll need details of for our due diligence:

  • Basic company details

  • Issued share capital

  • Debt

  • Directors

  • Intellectual property
