Share price, valuation, and share class if known.
Confirmation that all other investors in the round are coming in on the same terms.
Confirm they are all coming in as equity investment - we cannot, for example, reflect services for equity on the campaign page as investment, since there is no cash investment coming in.
If, for example, you are offering direct investors a different share class, this may be an issue for us as we generally require the same terms unless there are extenuating circumstances e.g. the share class is not S/EIS eligible.
Tax relief on current fundraise
If you are S/EIS eligible, we need to see recent Advance Assurance from HMRC. If you haven’t yet applied for this, please ensure it is a priority as we cannot release funds to you if we do not see this, and the campaign is marked as Eligible.
If you have some SEIS allowance left, please confirm the amount.
